• Reservations will be only final if confirmed by us by mail or fax after receveing proof of payment50 % of the total reservation amount need to be paid by EFT, International Money Transfer or by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

Booking/Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit of 50 % is required within 24 hours after the moment of your booking confirmation.
• In case of booking within a period of 10 days to arrival date the full amount is payable.

The general rule for cancellations prior to arrival date is:

• Late cancellation full Bed & Breakfast TO BE PAID
• From 3 to 10 days, guests forfeit the full deposit
• From 11 to 14 days, guests forfeit 75 % of the deposit
• From 15 to 21 days, guests forfeit 50 % of the deposit
• From 21 tot 31 days, guests forfeit 25 % of the deposit
• Cancellation a few hours before arrival or in case of no-show – the guest will be responsible for payment of the full amount
• For any cancellation prior to arrival a minimum of 10 % of the total booking amount is payable as administration costs.
• In case money needs to be refunded ( credit card commissions and international banking costs/fees are separately payable and will be always in addition to the general 10%.

Credit Card Payments

For all payments by credit cards the minimum amount is R 1000 and there will be always a 3 % extra charge on the total amount for banking costs.
